Understanding you as an individual means we can work with your own specific needs. Working to support your blood sugars, stress levels, gut microbiome, sex hormones and immune system: to help achieve this, we follow a staged approach to wellness to underpin the foundations of health. 

By looking at the hormone connection between your blood sugars, stress hormones, your sex hormones, your digestion and your immune system, we work to improve the balance and interplay that is so often the cause of ill health and inflammation. 

I recommend supplements such as vitamins, minerals and adaptogens when needed to support the body, mind and soul and look to address the root cause of imbalances rather than just the symptoms.

I do not diagnose or prescribe; however, I can provide knowledge to help you explore whether HRT is right for you.  If you feel HRT is not working for you, we can look to address the reasons behind this. HRT is not for everyone, and for many women it’s not a magic pill. Getting behind some of the issues that can affect your tolerance is a game changer for many.
