Understanding and Supporting Your journey with PCOS, Endometriosis, and Adenomyosis: Living with PCOS, endometriosis or adenomyosis can be overwhelming, frustrating and often isolating. I’m here to help you feel understood, empowered and supported every step of the way.

PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome): A hormonal condition that affects how the ovaries work, often causing irregular periods, weight gain, oily skin or acne, excess hair growth (hirsutism) and infertility. The condition is associated with an increased risk of developing health problems later in life such as high cholesterol levels and type 2 diabetes.

Endometriosis: A painful disorder where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside of the uterus, leading to pelvic pain and fertility problems.

Adenomyosis: A condition where the uterine lining (endometrium) grows in to the muscle wall of the uterus causing heavy bleeding during periods, pain and intense cramps, and can lead to an enlarged uterus.
